Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence or have permission from a legal guardian.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS
All products are handmade and may present slight variations due to their artisanal nature.
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on your device.
SECTION 4 - PRICES & MODIFICATIONS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING
SUPOSO offers a flat rate shipping cost of 5€ for all orders in Spain.
Free shipping is available on orders of three or more items.
Shipping costs for EU orders are calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery in Spain takes approximately 2–5 working days. EU orders usually arrive within 3–10 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to transit conditions.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To initiate a return, contact hola@suposo.com explaining the issue. Once approved, you will receive the return label and instructions.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are 5€ within Spain. EU return costs will be communicated by email.
If your order arrives with a defect, we may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund depending on the case.
SECTION 7 - PAYMENTS
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
All transactions are processed securely.
SECTION 8 - DELIVERY ISSUES
If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be redirected or returned.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
